This project and the development of its two learning programmes are part of the CBHA Humanitarian Capacity Building Programme 2010-2012, funded by UKaid from the Department for International Development through the Consortium of British Humanitarian Agencies (CBHA). It was led by Oxfam GB with the support of People In Aid, with agency staff from the CBHA and the ECB Project member agencies along with independent consultants.
