The Learning Journeys

The Core Skills Development Programme runs over six months and the Management & Leadership Skills Development Programme over nine months.

Both programmes start with a baseline assessment in each target location and with a profiling of the potential audience against the Core Humanitarian Competencies Framework.

Once it has been decided to run a programme, key roles and tasks should be identified and allocated for administration, facilitation and coordination functions of the programme
